Frost Command

Support and getting started

Start with one complete Power ranking, then unlock activity, Bear and Discord workflows when your clan is ready.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Your first useful result

  1. Create a private clan workspace

The creator becomes the Frost Command owner and can invite trusted officers later.

  2. Upload a complete Power Ranking

Review every extracted page before saving. This creates the trusted roster baseline.

  3. Resolve names and roster changes

Confirm aliases, possible duplicates, missing members and returning former players.

  4. Invite an officer when ready

Officer access is optional for the first result and can be revoked without deleting clan history.

Contact

Email support@frost-command.com for account, privacy, security or product support. This beta provides best-effort support and no guaranteed response time or emergency service.

Never send credentials. Do not include passwords, OAuth codes, session cookies, Discord bot tokens or full screenshots containing private messages. Redact anything not needed to explain the issue.

What to include

  • The sign-in provider you used.
  • Your clan name and public Chief ID when relevant.
  • The page, approximate UTC time and action that failed.
  • The exact visible error text. Add a cropped, redacted screenshot only when it helps.

Data requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” to request access, correction, export or deletion. We may verify your account or Chief-ID link before changing shared clan records. Workspace owners can correct imported activity and membership records directly.

Common answers

  • OCR looks wrong: edit the reviewed row before saving. Ambiguous names should be confirmed as aliases or merged manually.
  • A player left: use the roster reconciliation or Move to Former. History remains recoverable.
  • Discord reminders do not arrive: check the configured channel, bot permissions and delivery-health panel.
  • Need to try the product first: open the read-only demo; it uses synthetic data and cannot send or save anything.

The public support address intentionally keeps the operator’s personal email off the website.
