Terms of Service
Frost Command is an independent beta tool. These terms allocate responsibility for reviewed data, clan decisions, third-party services and service availability.

By using Frost Command, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must meet the minimum age required by your sign-in provider and local law, have authority to act for the workspace you create or administer, and comply with applicable game, Discord and provider rules.
2. Independent beta service
Frost Command is provided as an independent, evolving beta and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Century Games, Whiteout Survival, Discord or OpenAI. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn.
3. Your workspace and access
Workspace owners control invitations and officer, viewer and member roles. Users are responsible for choosing trusted officers, protecting invitation links, reviewing access, and removing access that is no longer appropriate. A Frost Command owner role does not represent the in-game R5 rank.
4. Uploads and permitted data
You may submit only content and clan information you are authorized to use. Do not upload credentials, private conversations, sensitive personal data, illegal content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. You remain responsible for notifying clan members and obtaining any permission required by your rules or applicable law.
5. OCR, analytics and officer decisions
Automated recognition and analytics can be incomplete or wrong. Officers must review extracted names and values before saving them and must evaluate visible evidence before making roster, event or disciplinary decisions. Frost Command does not make decisions for a clan and is not a substitute for the game’s official records.
6. Events and reminders
Calendar times, Discord reminders, participation replies and attendance tools are coordination aids. Delivery, timing, provider availability and user responses are not guaranteed. Users must verify critical event details in Whiteout Survival and should not rely on Frost Command as the only reminder or attendance record.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, scrape unrelated personal data, disrupt infrastructure, send unsolicited messages, exploit Discord data outside the stated features, or use Frost Command for unlawful, harmful or discriminatory decisions.
8. Availability and termination
The service may be unavailable, lose third-party connectivity, impose reasonable limits, or discontinue beta access. We may suspend access that creates security, legal, provider-policy or abuse risk. Users should keep exports needed for their own records.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frost Command is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, data preservation, reminder delivery or game outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; lost game progress, rewards, opportunities, goodwill, profits or data; clan disputes; roster decisions; missed events; or third-party service failures. Aggregate direct liability connected with the service will not exceed the amount paid for Frost Command during the preceding 12 months, if any, except to the extent a different minimum liability is required by law. Mandatory liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
11. Third-party services
ChatGPT, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Discord and Whiteout Survival operate under their own terms and policies. Their outages, changes, enforcement and data practices are outside Frost Command’s control. Using an integration authorizes only the access described for that integration.
